Currently, Santosh is a Principal at Starscape Consulting in Boston, Massachusetts, where he provides technology and commercial advisory for businesses in computer vision, AI, advanced imaging, and robotics. Additionally, he is the Founder & CEO of Moonshot, a company that leads deep tech healthcare workforce development in these domain areas for students, startups, and Fortune 500 companies.
Throughout his career, Santosh has been part of early-stage R&D and marketing teams across mature and startup organizations, seeing the full lifecycle of commercialization from concept prototyping to commercial launch and sales. He has demonstrated expertise in driving significant business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative strategies. He excels in building and leading cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, marketing, and operations with overarching company goals. Proficient in leveraging complex technologies, including AI, imaging, and robotics, he consistently meets and exceeds customer needs while creating market value and differentiation.
